Allergic to nuts? Which cakes are suitable for you?

All our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. Please do not eat any of our cakes if you are allergic to nuts as they may contain traces even if it is not an ingredient.

Gluten free?

All of our cakes are made in a kitchen that contains gluten. This means that any of our products could contain trace elements.

Any other allergies?

Please refer to our ingredients and allergens page.

How long can I store the cupcakes for?

Our cupcakes are best enjoyed on the day of purchase. All of our cupcakes are handmade and freshly baked each day. We recommend that you consume our cupcakes within two days of purchase making sure they are stored properly.

How to keep the cupcakes as fresh as possible?

Cupcakes should be stored in air-tight containers at room temperature. Refrigeration will not give best results.

Mousse Cake Storage

For best results store in the fridge should last three days.

Do you sell mixed boxes?

As we currently are in search of a premises we are unable to sell a mixed box as we have to bake by batch. Contact us to see if we can do something different for you that day.

How much notice do you need for an order?

Orders for two days time need to be made before 4pm, as it takes time to prepare for each client. Larger cakes/orders vary but will need at least three days' notice.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Debit/Credit card or PayPal payments.

Should I have received a notification after placing an online order?

Yes, you should receive an order confirmation email. They can occasionally find their way into a spam or trash folder.

There is an error in my order confirmation. What should I do?

If you notice an error in the order confirmation then contact us before 4pm on the previous day to delivery.

I need to change my order. What can I do?

We are more than happy to change your order for you up to 4pm on the previous day to delivery. Please email or call us with your changed order information.

Please bear in mind that private delivery costs, especially over long distances, can be very expensive.

When do you deliver?

We personally hand deliver our cakes during the hours of 10-6pm Tuesday to Saturday. Please contact us for a specific delivery time or a delivery time outside our usual hours.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently only deliver to London and Surrey postcodes. Certain postcodes may incur an additional delivery fee. Delivery area due to expand.

What is your returns policy?

If upon delivery the cakes are not the ones you requested, the cakes are in a damaged condition or the order is incomplete, then please let us know immediately. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Can I send my gift as a surprise?

Yes you can. But you'll need to consider what will happen if the person you're surprising isn't home at the time of delivery.

Do you personalise cupcakes?

For bespoke cakes and cupcakes please contact us as we would be happy to discuss your ideas with you.
